In this section, we will be filling in a lot of the background details for Westria and the greater world it inhabits. Eventually, this will be one of the biggest sections of the site. for the more one looks at any part of a world, the more detail there is to find...

Family Tree: Confused about which random lord is the son of what provincial lady? This chart will help! Here you'll find a small PDF that details the relationships between the families that have rules the Westria and her Provinces from the beginning of the series through to the present.

Under Development: Here are other things we'll be adding to the site over the coming months:

History of the World: This page, still under development, will eventually provide a comprehensive Westrian timeline.

Time and Calendars: While Westria by and large still uses the pre-Cataclysm calendar, we'll discuss its native festivals here.

Technology: What is, and is not, appropriate in Westria.

Schools of Magic: Obviously, not everyone in Westria shares the same beliefs and practices about magic and the Guardians. Here will be essays on how it's done at the College of the Wise, the College of the Bards, and some of Westria's several enclaves, like the Danehold and Awhai. Sorcery, too, will find its uneasy home here, as well as the mindwhammies of Mother Mahaliel...

Dramatis Personae: Can't tell Elen from Elinor? Eric from Alaric? Here will be thumbnail sketches of everyone relevant in all of the books!

On the Peoples of Westria: Here, we'll discuss the various provinces and enclaves of Westrian life, as well as some words for its many non-human inhabitants.
